How do I donate furniture to you?
  • Furniture donations can be made by calling our main phone number at 701.729.1410 and getting on our pick up schedule or by dropping off at the warehouse during operating hours or by appointment. To learn more about our Furniture Donation process, Click Here! 
Do you have standards for the condition of donated furniture?
  • We ask that donated pieces be “gently used,” which means it is free of damage, significant staining, and structurally intact. We also ask it to be free of smoke and pet hair. In some specific cases we may be able to perform minor repairs, but largely ask that pieces be in working condition. For pieces being picked up, our drivers will have the opportunity to refuse donated items based on condition. To learn more about our Furniture Donation process, Click Here! 
Do you provide a receipt?
  • We can have an itemized receipt available for you with the items and quantity donated, but will not provide a monetary value.

How do I access your services?
  • Our clients are referred to us by pre-approved organizations who in some way support individuals and families through challenge or crisis. We encourage individuals seeking support to review the list of pre-approved referral agencies for one that best suits their situation and connect with that organization directly to see what resources may be available to them. Why do you have to have a referral to receive services?
  • We serve clients working through a variety of challenging situations. Access to furniture is a critical piece, but very often there are other needs that should be supported. Our partnership with our referral agencies allows the best opportunity for accessing resources that address the whole need, not just the obstacle of furniture access. For the complete list of referral agencies, Click Here.
Do you deliver furniture?
  • We do not provide delivery of furniture at this time. We ask referred clients to provide appropriate transportation from our warehouse for selected pieces as well as some additional support for loading. Some additional resources may be available depending on the referring agency, confirm with them to see if they have any options to transportation.

Is FMRRV a faith based organization?
  • We are a Christian based non-profit organization who serves individuals and families from all backgrounds, faiths, and circumstances with dignity and respect.
